St Pauls Carnival 2024 Dates. Feltmaker origins date back to 1180 as a uk craft. Back a yard is a programme of events focused on showing some love to the st pauls community and the people who live here.

Most events are free, open to the public, and will take place in downtown saint paul, near rice park and landmark center, as well as at the minnesota state fairgrounds. We inspire, teach and engage with the history and heritage of carnival.
